considerations in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does CONVEY
AND WARRANT to:
Billy D. Chapman and Sharon C. Chapman as Joint Tenants
grantees, whose mailing address is 16688 County Road 358, Winona, TX 75792 the following
described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-
wit:
Lot 143 of STAR VALLEY RANCH RV PARK PLAT ONE
as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-way
of record, of sight or in use.
