consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does CONVEY
AND WARRANT to:
Gordon Lee Beck and Katherine C. Beck
as Joint Tenants with full rights of survivorship
grantee, whose mailing address is 4000 S. Maple Ave., Broken Arrow, OK 74011, the
following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 398 of Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat One
as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-
way of record or in use.
