KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, the County of Lincoln of State of Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto the Town of Afton, a Wyoming municipality, its heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as it may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described property, to-wit: See Adjusted Legal Description of Second Avenue Extension Tract attached hereto and made part hereof by incorporation and reference. 3Z 1 7 Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
