CORRECTIVE QUITCLAIM DEED

Due to an error in the legal description of the previously recorded
Quitclaim Deed in Book 695 Page 92 on May 20, 2008, Receiving #939148,
this Corrective Quitclaim Deed is to be recorded and replace said deed.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, the County of Lincoln of State of
Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby
remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto the Town of Afton, a Wyoming
municipality, its heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand, as it may have or ought to have, in or to all the following
described property, to-wit:
See Adjusted Legal Description of Second Avenue Extension Tract attached
hereto and made part hereof by incorporation and reference.

Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.

A Tract of land lying within and being part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
(SW1/4NE1/4) and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1/4NE1/4) of Section 25,
Township 32 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more
specifically described as follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the west boundary of Lincoln Street with the north
boundary of Second Avenue of record in the Afton Original Townsite, said intersection point
being located N 65°13'20"E a distance of548.19 feet from the C-E 1/16 Comer of said Section
25; and running
THENCE S 1°56'12" W, along Lincoln Street boundary, a distance of 83.12 feet to a marked
survey point;
