THIS INDENTURE, made on the ~ day of July, 2008, between Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for HomeQuest Mortgage,
whose address is 5151 Corporate Drive, Mail Stop S-124-3, Troy, MI 48098, Grantor,
and Federal National Mortgage Association, whose address is 208 South Street, Suite
C29, West Lafayette, IN 47906, Grantee.
WITNESSETH THAT:

The said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, and confinned, and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, convey, and confinn unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, the
following described property:

Wyoming being mote particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 10 rods, West from the Northeast corner of
said Lot I;
thence South 20 rods;
thence West 10 rods;
thence North 10 rods;
thence East 5 rods;
thence North 10 rods;
thence East 5 rods to the point of beginning.
Commonly known as 276 5th A venue, Afton, Wyoming
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the said property herein-above described, together
with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereunto appertaining to the
only proper use, benefit and behalf of the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, in FEE
SIMPLE; and the said Grantor specially warrants the title to the said bargained property
above-described against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through and under
the Grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused this indenture to be executed
in its name and on its behalf under sale by its undersigned offic' the day and year
