Jensen and Colette J. Jensen, Husband and Wife, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $70,000.00, mortgage was recorded in the office ofthe Lincoln County Clerk and ex-officio Registered Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 14th day of February 2006, in Book # 612 of Mortgages, at Page # 251 as Document Number # 915977 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit: "ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE." The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
