(as to an undivided 50% interest), and to JOYCE A. HATCH, AND HER SUCCESSORS, AS
TRUSTEE OF THE JOYCE ANN HATCH TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 29,
2000 (as to an undivided 50% interest) ("Grantees"), whose address is 716 West 630 South, Orem, Utah
84058, for the sum ofTen and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, the following described real property located in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
Star Valley Ranch Plat Ten (10) Lot Eighty-Six (86) as platted and recorded in the
official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-way of
record or in use.
