Eagle Ridge Construction Management Corporation, a Wyoming Corporation,
GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY
AND QUITCLAIM to Snake River Funding, Inc. a Idaho Corporation, of 192 North
Woodruff, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83401, GRANTEE, any and all right, title, interest and
claim of GRANTOR in the following described real estate, to wit:
Lot 86 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 7, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat No. 179 filed August 4, 1971 as instrument No. 432466 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging; subject to all covenants, conditions,
restrictions, easements, reservations, encumbrances, rights, and rights-of-way of
sight and/or record, and subject to applicable zoning laws and restrictions;
hereby waiving and releasing any and all claims under and by virtue of ·the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming.

RESOLVED:
The President is directed and authorized to:
Quitclaim Deed the following described real property to Snake River Funding,
Inc. of 192 North Woodruff, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83401;
Lot 86 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 7, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described of the
official plat No. 179 filed August 4, 1971 as instrument No. 432466 of the records
of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Commonly known as 1010 Vista West, Star Valley Ranch.
