through its undersigned officer, does hereby make the following statement of facts:
1. That 1 st Bank holds a Mortgage with Alan Lance Allred, Trustee of Alan Lance Allred
Revocable Trust dated 10 November 2003, dated 17 June 2008 and recorded 18 June 2008
in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 697 of Photostatic Records on page
699, all of the property described under the Certificate of Surveyor on the plat titled,
"STONEGATE RANCHES AMENDED II WITHIN THE SE1I4NE1I4 NE1I4SEl/4
SE1I4SE1I4 SECTION 21 T31N R119W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 16
June 2008, as revised.
2. . That the undersigned officer has reviewed said plat.
3. That she has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Mortgagee thereon
and the implications thereof.
4. That this certificate is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original mylar
of said plat had been signed.
