HomeMy WebLinkAbout941014 SHERIFF'S DEED 080499 Whereas, that a default has occurred under the terms of (a) that certain promissory note dated September 16,2005, executed and delivered by Dolores Willis a/k/a Delores Willis to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan, and a real estate mortgage (the "Mortgage") of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by said Mortgagor(s), to said Mortgagee, and which Mortgage was recorded on October 3,2005, at Reception No. 912432 in Book 600 at Page 113 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and Whereas, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan ("Mortgagee"), acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on Apri11, 2008, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and Whereas, Lance Robinson, ("Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the 'hereinafter described real property in the sum of $110,000.00, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on Apri11, 2008; and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records ofthe office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on Apri14, 2008, at Reception No. 938045 in Book 691 at Page 295; and Whereas, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, M Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, AND SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to Lance Robinson, P.O.
