Witnesseth: That the said party ofthe fIrst party, for and in consideration of the sum ofTen Dollars
($10.00) and Other Goods and Valuable Considerations to the said party of the first part
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell convey and confiml unto the said party(ies) of the second party, hislher heirs and
assigns, forever, the following described real property
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming to wit:

Being the san1e property acquired by the party of the fIrst part pursuant to the provisions ofthe
National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1701) arid the Department of Housing and Urban
Development Act (42 U.S.C. 3531).
Together with aU and singular the hereditaments and ap,purtenances thereunto belonging, or in an
wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, re¢ainder and remainders, rents, issues and
profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, cl~im, and demand whatsoever of the said
party of the fIrst part, either in law or equity, of, in and'to the above bargained premises, with the
hereditaments and appurtenances; To have and To Hold. the said premises above bargained and
described with appurtenances, unto the said party(ies) of the second part, lùslher heirs and assigns
forever.
Subject to all covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions, and right appearing of
record; and subject to any state of facts an accurate survey would show.
And the' said party of the first part, for himself and his successors, covenants and agrees to and with
the said party(ies) of the second part, hislher heirs and assigns, against all and every person or
person lawfully claiming or to claim the whole or any part thereof, by, through or under the said
party of the first part, to Warrant and forever defend.
In Witness Whereof, the undersigned, being specifically named pursuant to the delegation of
authority published at 70 F.R.43, 171 (July 26,2005) as an authorized agent, has set lùslher hand
