Modification ·of Mortgage Agreement
I This Modification of Mortgage is dated July 21, 2008 between JAMES W. DEPIERO and KATHLEEN
A. FOSS DEPIERO, (referred to below as "Borrower"), whose address Is PO BOX 1257 WILSON, WY 63014:
And TALLY MARIE NELSON (referred tQ below as "Lender"), Wh068 address Is41 EAST 400 NORTH
LOGAN, UT 84321.
Whereas, the Borrower and Lender have entered into a mortgage dated JANUARY 17, 2008, (the
"Mortgage"), which was recorded on JANUARY 29, 2008 In Book,,665 page 263, as instrument No. 936601 in
the records of the County Clerk snd Ex-Officio Register of Deeds For Lincoln County, Wyominli/; and
Whereas, the Borrower has requested the Lender modIfy the Mortgage to revise the legal desoription
of the real property which is to be enoumbered by the Mortgage; ,
Now Therefore, the Borrower snd Lender agree to amend and modify the Mortgage as follows:

RANGE 119 W. 6TH P.M. AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 7 RO.DS, THENCE WEStS.5 RODS, THENCE
NORTH 7 RODS, THENCE EAST 6.5 ROOS MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Together with all the improvements now,or hereafter erected on the property, and aI/easements,
appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter as part of the property. All replacements and additions shall also
be covered by the Mortgage. All of the foregoing is referred to in the Mortgage as the "Property."
