The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust, in which
Robert L. Sloan and Sherrol A. Sloan are grantors, and Advantage Plus Federal
Credit Union is Beneficiary, recorded on November 17, 2006, in Book 640, Page
590, and a UCC Financing Statement, Robert L. Sloan and Sherrol A. Sloan,
debtors, and Advantage Plus Federal Credit Union, secured party, recorded
November 17, 2006, at Book 640, Page 600, in the records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, having received from the beneficiary a written request to reconvey,
reciting that the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust and Financing Statement
has been fully satisfied, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
entitled thereto all of the right, title and interest now held by the Trustee and
secured party in and to that land described in said Trust Deed and Financing
Statement, situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming as follows:

Resurvey ofT21N R116W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast comer of said Section 26 of the Resurvey of
T21N R116W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming;
thence S 17°15' W, a distance of2545.2 feet to a point being the Northwest
comer of the Diamondville Cemetery Parcel as recorded in Book 24
of Deeds at page 163 in the Office of the County Clerk, County
Courthouse, Kemmerer, Wyoming;
thence N 86°22'00" E, a distance of 16.33 feet to a point;
thence N 00°39'16" W, a distance of249.40 feet to a point being the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing N 00°39'16" W, a distance of 151.62 feet to a point being
on the Southerly right-of-way boundary ofD.S. Highways 30 North
and 189;
thence along said highway right-of-way line along the arc of a curve to the
right having a radius of 1969.86 feet and a long chord bearing N
