Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, South 00°19'33" East, 418.18 feet from the Northeast corner thereof;
thence continuing South 00°19'33" East, 395 feet along said East line the Southeast point thereof, the true POINT
OF BEGINNlNG;
thence North 00°19'33" West, 164.52 feet to a point;
thence South 89·39'00" West, 1323.78 feet, parallel with the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter, to a spike on the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter;
