WARRANTY DEED
RONALD M. WEIGEL, as the Successor Trustee of THE PETER A. WEIGEL
and LUCILLE M. WEIGEL REVOCABLE TRUST dated March 14,1997 (Grantor"), hereby
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS, to the extent provided below but not otherwise, an undivided
one-half (1/2) interest as tenant-in-common to RONALD M. WEIGEL, and an undivided one-
half (112) interest as tenant-in-common to DENNIS M. WEIGEL, both having a mailing address
of 3763 South Red Maple Road, Salt 'Lake City, Utah 84106 ("Grantees"), for the sum ofTen
and Noll 00 Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, all of his interest in the
following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
Lot Number Twenty-Seven (27) of the Broken Wheel Ranch Subdivision
(said subdivision being the SWI/4NEl/4 of Section 15, T 36 N, R 119 W.
of the 6th P.M., Wyoming) consisting of .73 acres in accordance with the
official plat of said subdivision as filed for record in the office of the
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Deeds, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, on the 2nd day of February, 1972.
The Grantor warrants only against encumbrances and defects in title existing at the time the
Grantor took title to the above-described real property which were insured by any policy of title
insurance issued to the Grantor. Said warranty shall be limited to the extent of coverage
available under such policy.
