BEGINNING at the southwest spike of said tract, on the south line of said SWy.¡NEy.¡,
S89°08'55"E, 214.50 feet, from the southwest comer of said SW~NE~;
thence NOO° -14' -42"E, 3 86.05 feet, along the west line of said tract, to a point;
thence S89°-53' -OO"E, 438.43 feet, to a point on the east line of said tract;
thence SOoo-51'-06"W, 391.65 feet, along said east line, to a spike on said south line;

BEGINNING;
