certify that mortgage bearing the date of February 3, 2003 made and executed by Randal
1. Hruska; Pamela J. Hruska; Randal 1. Hruska and Pamela 1. Hruska, Trustees for Randal
J Hruska Living Trust, and any amendments thereto, dated June 11, 1991; and Pamela J.
Hruska and Randal 1. Hruska, Trustees for Pamela J Hruska Living Trust, and any
amendments thereto, dated June 11, 1991, as mortgagor(s) to National Cooperative Bank
as mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the
payment of$I,435,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of
the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
on April 10, 2003 in Book 517PR, Page 411 mortgaging the following described real
estate in said County, to wit:

Is, released, and discharged as to the aforementioned premises, and in consideration
thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the
premises described herein.

of the real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
