KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Spurlock Properties LLC, a
Wyoming Close Limited, of PO Box 3448, Alpine, WY 83l28, grantor, in consideration ofTen
and No/Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto David R. Spurlock and Marcia A. Spurlock, joint
ownership and as husband and wife as their sole and separate property, of290 Marie Lane, Etna,
Wyoming and of 1145 Bluebird Dr, Munster IN 46321; grantee, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand as it has or ought to have, in or to all the following
described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 76 of the Trail Ridge Subdivision ofthe 3rd filing according to the official plat thereof
on file in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Kemmerer, Wyoming.
Together with any and all improvements.
Subject to all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights-of-
way of sight or record including a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
filed in connection with said plat.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, grantor has caused this quitclaim deed to be executed as of
this 151 day of June 2006.
