Crossing a portion of Max Blaine Thoman Property
Section 1, Township 20 North, Range 113 West, 6TH PM,
Lincoln County, Wyoming
A strip of land 30 feet wide across a portion of Section 1, Township 20 North, Range 113 West,
6th PM, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being 15 feet each side, measured at right angles from the following
described survey line, which is the centerline of an existing 4 1/2 inch diameter pipeline:
Beginning at a point located in the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 1, said
point bears North 4°45'30" East a distance of3958.1 feet from the Southwest comer of said Section 1;
Thence South 83°28'12" East a distance of 777.7 feet;
Thence North 88°26'30" East a distance of 145.3 feet to the end of the line at a point located in
the Northwest quarter ofthe Northwest quarter of said Section 1: said point bears South 76°24'32" East
a distance of 1303.4 feet from the Northwest comer of said Section 1.
The length of the above describes survey line is 922.9 feet, or 55.933 rods, or 0.175 miles.
