JUDGMENT AND DECREE QUIETING TITLE
THIS MATTER having come before this Court for a hearing this day; the Plaintiff, EMMA
LYLE BOEHME appearing by and through her attorney, Joseph B. Bluemel; the Defendants not
appearing, either in person or by counsel; and the Defendants having been duly served according to
law and having failed to answer in the time provided by law; and appearing that each ofthem, were
duly and regularly served with summons by publication in the Little Chicago Review, a newspaper
of general circulation in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, that the time allowed by law for

answering or otherwise pleading has expired; and the default of the Defendants has been duly
entered, according to law; and the Court having heard the evidence and having examined proofs
offered herein, and having fully considered the same, and having found that the allegations of the
Plaintiffs complaint are all true, now, therefore, by reason ofthe foregoing facts, and virtue of the
law;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Plaintiff owns and is
in possession of and at the commencement ofthis suit, owned and was in possession of an undivided
two thirds (2/3) interest in the following desclibed real property, to-wit:
Township 27 North. Range 119 West. 6th P.M.
Section 7: The East 1120 feet ofthe EYí NW!f4; SW!f4

Section 12: EYí SE!f4; ALSO beginning at a point 80 feet south ofthe NOliheast
corner ofthe SW!f4 SE!f4, Thence West along the existing road to its
point of intersection with the West line of Lot 4 of said Section 12,
Thence South to the Southwest corner of Lot 4, Thence East to a
point directly South of the point of beginning, Thence NOlih to the
point ofbeginlling.

SUBJECT to exceptions, reservations, and rights-of-way across said lands.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendants, and each of them are fOlmd to have no
right, title, interest, claim, or demand and that the Defendants, and each ofthem, are hereby forever
barred ftom asserting any right, title, interest, claim, or demand thereto and the title to the above
described undivided two thirds (2/3s) interest in real property is quieted in the Plaintiff, EMMA
LYLE BOEHME.
