KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Beth Y. Shurtleff, Trustee of the Beth Y.
Shurtleff Trust, does hereby certify that promissory note bearing the date of March 25, 1993
made and executed by Bart DeCora and Jamie DeCora, as mortgagors to Beth Y. Shurtleff
as mortgagee conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$45,000.00 as therein stated, which promissory note was recorded in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex -Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on May 25, 1993
in Book 329PR on page 292 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to
wit:
That part of the NWY-4NWY-4 of Section 18, T31N R118W. of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 323PR on page 392 and all of that tract of record in Book 326PR on
page 381, described as follows:

Beginning at the northwest corner of said NW ~ NW ~, found as described in the
Certified Land Corner Recordation Certificate filed in said office;
thence N 89°4.0' E, the base bearing for this survey, 528.00 feet, along the
north line of said NW~NW~, to a 3/8" x 12" steel spike;
thence S 00°19.0' W, 165.00 feet, parallel with the west line of said
NW14NW1.4, to a point on the north line of that tract of record in the said
Office in Book 157PR on page 119;
thence S 89°34.0' W, 528.00 feet, along the north line of that tract of record in
the said Office in Book 157PR on page 320, parallel with the north line
of said NW ~ NW ~, to a PK nail set on said west line;
thence N 00°19.0' E, 165.00 feet, along said west line, to the comer of
beginning.

is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
