CLA~ and SHE~ L. CLA~, husband & wife, and SAMUEL T. EVANS, ~. and JANET H. EVANS, husband & wife, ("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby ac~owledged, do hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of~on and Jackson, Wyo~ng and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in L~COLN County, State of WYO~G aong a line described as follows, to wit: BEING a part of Section 33, T30N, RllSW, of the 6th P.M., in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING N 00° 00' 42" E 638 feet, N 89° 54' 05,, W 850 feet from the CE 1/16 of said Section 33. Thence S 40° 35' 31" E 373 feet to a point. Thence N 73° E 176 feet to a point. ,~., ~ ., . Thence S 690 E 71 feet to a transformer location. ............... Together with all necessa~ and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees, shmbbe~, undergro~h or other obstructions inte~efing with the repair and maintenance of the facilities. The Grantor ac~owledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (E~) ~e natur~ly occuffing in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that E~ testing and i~ormation is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee, We hereby release and waive all rights under and by vi~ue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
