KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a 000756
corporation, of the County of Teton, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing date the 161h day ofJune, 2008, made and executed by Steve Bell and Carrie Bell, husband and
wife, as Mortgagors, tn The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying cel1ain real estate
therein mentioned as ~.(:curity for the payment of $ 1 20,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register ofD eds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 241h day of June, 2008, in Book 698 of Mortgages, at age 252-257, and mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
