Deed made this ~ day of ~, 2008, between SHELLY W.
JENSEN, Personal Representative of the ESTATE OF ALAN R. JENSEN,
deceased (the "Personal Representative"), and KASEY B. CROOKSTON
and TYLEE A. CROOKSTON, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties, of 4091 Highway 241, Afton, WY 83110 (the "Grantees").
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of July, 2008, the Personal
Representative filed a Second Petition for Authority to Sell Real
Estate and Report of Private Sale of Real Estate; and

WHEREAS, on the 14th day of July, 2008, the Third Judicial
District Court, in and for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
entered its Order Authorizing Sale !of Real Estate and Approving
Private Sale of Real Estate, directing a conveyance of the
decedent's interest in certain real property located in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, to be executed to the Grantees, a copy of which
Decree has been recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and which
Decree is now on file and of record in said Court, and which
Decree is hereby referred to and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Personal Representative, pursuant to said
Order Authorizing Sale of Real Estate and Approving Private Sale of
Real Estate hereby conveys to the Grantees all the right, title and
interest of the Estate of Alan R, Jensen, deceased, in and to that
certain real property more particularly described as follows:
Lot 6 of the Doc Brown Acres Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming.

TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all the above-mentioned real property, and
every part thereof, to Grantees forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Personal Representative has executed
this Deed the day and year first above written.
