TAMARA C. BUDGE, a single person, Grantor, of Cody, Park County, Wyoming, for
and in consideration of the sum of$10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, conveys and warrants to TAMARA C.
BUDGE, Trustee of the Tamara Budge Living Trust dated April 2, 2008, and any
amendments thereto, Grantee, whose address is 47 Patriot Lane, Cody, Wyoming 82414, the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws ofthe State, to-wit:
Lot 6 of the South Lake Estates Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to
that plat recorded December 13, 1991 as Instrument No. 742139 in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements situate thereon and appurtenances thereunto
belonging; and,
SUBJECT TO all easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions or any other matter
of record or otherwise established; all assessments and subsequently assessed taxes.
