TAMARA C. BUDGE, a single person, Grantor, of Cody, Park County, Wyoming, for
and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, conveys and warrants to Alpine Townhomes,
LLC, a Wyo ing limited liability company, Grantee, whose address is 47 Patriot Lane, Cody,
Wyoming 82 14, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, h reby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption la s of the State, to-wit:
Lot 37 of the GREYS RIVER VILLAGE FOURTH ADDITION to the Town of Alpine,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat recorded September 26,2006 as
Instrument No. 922781 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk;
said Lot 37 being formerly known as Lots 32 and 33 of the Greys River Village Second
Addition to the Town of Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to the plat filed
July 22, 1994 in the office of the County Clerk as Instrument No. 787017;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements situate thereon and appurtenances thereunto
belonging; and,
SUBJECT TO all easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions or any other matter
of record or otherwise established; all assessments and subsequently assessed taxes.
