Salt River Enterprises, Inc., an Indiana corporation authorized to do business in the State
of Wyoming, having its principal place of business at Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor,
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to
Thomas Concrete Construction, Inc" a Wyoming corporation having its principal place of
business at Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing address: PO Box 516, Afton, WY 83110),
grantee, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
All real property described in that certain Special Warranty Deed (Corporate Form)
dated October 12, 1991, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on
January 27, 1992, in Book 306 PR, page 452.

THIS CORRECTION SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED (Corporate Form) IS MADE
TO CORRECT THE NAME OF THE GRANTEE IN THAT CERTAIN SPECIAL
WARRANTY DEED (Corporate Form) BETWEEN GRANTOR AND GRANTEE
DATED OCTOBER "12, 1991, AND RECORDED !N THE OFFICE OF THE

North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is South 17°01 '47" East, 958.87 feet;
thence South 89°00'12" East, 247.5 feet from the North Quarter Corner of Section 23,
Township 34 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Wyoming (said beginning point also being
on the South boundary line of a 2.000 acre tract of land described in a Warranty Deed
dated the 30th day of June, 1982, given by Christine E. Roberts (aka Christine Roberts), a
single woman, grantor, to Frank B. Borden and Kittie L. Borden, husband and wife, by
the entireties, grantees, and being South 89°00'12" East, 247.5 feet from the Southwest
Corner thereof, said Southwest Corner of said 2.000 acre tract being marked by an iron
pipe set at the intersection of a North-South fence line with a fence line running East), and
running thence North 0°01 '18" East, 176 feet (to the North boundary line of said 2.000
acre tract of land);
thence South 89°00'12" East, parallel with said fence line running East, 247.5 feet, to a corner
marked by a set iron pipe;
