Thomas Concrete Construction, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, having its principal place of
business at Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, ánd other good and
valuable consideration, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to Thomas Concrete Products, Inc., a
Wyoming close corporation, having its principal place of business at Fairview, Lincoln County,
Wyoming (mailing address: PO Box 87, Fairview, WY 83119), grantee, the following described real
estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
All real property described in that certain Special Warranty Deed (Corporate Form)
dated October 12, 1991, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on
January 27,1992, in Book 306 PR, page 452.
