Box 58900, Salt Lake City, Utah 84158- 0900 ("Grantee"), and THE PITTSBURG & MIDWAY COAL MINING CO., whose address is 4601 DTC Building, 6th Floor, Denver, CO. 80237 ("Grantor"). RECITALS: A. By the Non-Exclusive Right-Of-Way and Easement Deed dated February 11, 2003 (the "Deed") recorded in the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, Book 513, Page 197, The Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Co. as Grantor, granted and conveyed unto Northwest Pipeline Corporation, as Grantee a right-of-way on, over and through certain real property situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, as described and identified in the Deed. Part of the property was erroneously described as part of the SW/4, Section 4, Township 21 North, Range 116 West 6th Principal Meridian. The referenced Township should have been 20. B. Gn:mtor is willing to amend the Deed to correct the error. DEED: In consideration of the value received for the Deed, Grantor grants to Grantee an amendment to the Deed so that all references to "Section 4, Township 21 North" shall read "Section 4, Township 20 North"; as shown on the attached Exhibit A. Except as amended, all terms, conditions and provisions of the Deed shall continue in full force and effect.
