KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that MERIDIAN TRUST FEDERAL CREDIT
UNION (originally known as Wyoming Employees Federal Credit Union) of LARAMIE
COUNTY, STATE of WYOMING, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing a
date of the 101H day of AUGUST 2007 made and executed by PARRY M DAVISON AND
FRED A BALDWIN, WIFE AND HUSBAND, MERIDIAN TRUST FEDERAL CREDIT
UNION as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the
payment of $60,000.00 therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the
County Oerk and Ex-Offido Register of Deeds of LINCOLN County, STATEj,of
