KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That MARLENE R.
KOSCAK, also known as MARLENE KOSCAK, GRANTOR, for the
consideration of Ten and No/100 ($10.00) Dollars in hand paid, and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to MARLENE R. KOSCAK, Trustee of the
MARLENE R. KOSCAK LIVING TRUST, dated August 12, 2008, and any
amendments thereto, of P.O. Box 713, Green River, Sweetwater County, Wyoming
82935, GRANTEE, all interest of the Grantor, being an undivided one-half (1/2)
interest, in the following-described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, to-wit:

Lots 18 and 19 of Block 3 of Lincoln Heights 5th Addition, Third
Filing, to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
described on the official plat thereof, together with all improvements
thereon, and easements, appurtenances and incidents belonging and
appertaining thereto, or used in connection therewith; subject,
however, to all mining, mineral and other exceptions, reservations,
easements, rights of way, and conditions of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
