FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Ernest A. Poggetti, a single person, of Smoot, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, assign all of my right, title and interest in and to the following mortgage together with the
promissory note secured thereby, with the money remaining due thereon and with interest as
provided therein, to Ernest A. Poggetti, Trustee of the Ernest A. Poggetti Family Trust dated July 1,
2008, of PO Box 627, Smoot, WY 83126:
All right, title and interest as Noteholder and Mortgagee, respectively in that certain
Promissory Note and Mortgage between Jernie -Ranch LLC, as mortgagor, and
Ernest A. Poggetti as mortgagee, dated February 15, 2008, in the face amount of
$188,000.00, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the Lincoln County
Clerk on March 4, 2008, in Book 688, on page 628, Receiving No. 937369

all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County titled, "ERNEST A. POGGETTI BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT of

R118W Lincoln County, Wyoming", dated 12 December 2002, as revised.
