Poggetti, a single person, of Smoot, Lincoln County, Wyoming, assign all of my right, title and interest in and to the following mortgage together with the promissory note secured thereby, with the money remaining due thereon and with interest as provided therein, to Ernest A. Poggetti, Trustee of the Ernest A. Poggetti Family Trust dated July 1, 2008, of PO Box 627, Smoot, WY 83126: All right, title and interest as Noteholder and Mortgagee, respectively in that certain Promissory Note and Mortgage between Jernie -Ranch LLC, as mortgagor, and Ernest A.
