2. Ralph S. Heiner and Gwen Heiner, Trustees of the Ralph S. Heiner Revocable
Trust dated February 12, 1990, Grantors, whose address is PO Box 3221 County
Road 123, Bedford, Wyoming 83112;
3. Ralph S. Heiner, Gwen R. Heiner, and Dick R. Heiner, Trustees of the Ralph S.
Heiner Trust dated December 3, 2007, Grantors, whose address is PO Box 3221
County Road 123, Bedford, Wyoming 83112; and
4. Gwen R. Heiner, Ralph S. Heiner, and Dick R. Heiner, Trustees of the Gwen R.
Heiner Trust dated December 3, 2007, Grantors, whose address is PO Box 3221
County Road 123, Bedford, Wyoming 83112;
for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10) and other valuable consideration, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims to:
1. Ralph S. Heiner, Gwen R. Heiner, and Dick R. Heiner, Trustees, or their
succcessors in trust, under the Ralph S. Heiner Trust dated December 3,2007, for
the benefit of Ralph S. Heiner and his heirs, Grantees, whose address is PO Box
3221 County Road 123, Bedford, Wyoming 83112; an undivided one-half (112)
tenancy-in-common interest; and
2. Gwen R. Heiner, Ralph S. Heiner, and Dick R. Heiner, Trustees, or their
succcessors in trust, under the Gwen R. Heiner Trust dated December 3,2007, for
the benefit of Gwen R. Heiner and her heirs, Grantees, whose address is PO Box
3221 County Road 123, Bedford, Wyoming 83112, an undivided one-half (1/2)
tenancy-in-common interest,
all of Grantors right, title and interest in the following described real estate:
That Real Property described as "Parcel B" on the attached Plat Map which is
recorded as Plat Map # 98-B as Document No. 812802 in the Lincoln County Clerk's
Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
