KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that LaDean Clark, f/k/a LaDean
Clark Bailey, a widow as her sole and separate property, of 3064 Stateline CR#114,
Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming; Judy L. Clinger, of P.O. Box 241, Freedom,
Bonneville County, Idaho, a married woman as her sole and separate property; and Karen
O. Johnson, a married woman as her sole and separate property, of P.O. Box 641,
Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Tenants by the Entireties, GRANTORS, for and in
consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and
forever quit claim unto Kelly C. O'Keefe, GRANTEE, his heirs and assigns forever, all
such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or
ought to have, in or to all the following described property, hereby releasing and waiving
all fights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to wit:
Kelly Charles O'Keefe Exemption #11 of the Clark Family Exemption,
Recorded in the office of the Lincoln County, Wyoming, Clerk's Office
as; Map 277 A Record 879032, said parcel located in the W1I2NE1I4 of
Section 14, T35N, Rl19W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Said property contained within the property described in more detail in
Book 583 Page 686 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECf TO: All easements, exceptions,
restrictions, reservations, rights, rights-of-way, and improvements of sight
and or record.
