KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:

Tracy K. Johansen , has/have made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do/does
make, constitute and appoint Steven E. Johansen , true and lawful attorney for me/us and in
my/our name(s), place and stead, to sell, convey and mortgage realty and to execute,
acknowledge and deliver deeds of real property, notes, mortgages, releases, satisfactions and
other instruments relating to realty which he/she considers necessary; to do business with banks,
and particularly to endorse all checks and drafts made payable to my/our order and collect the
proceeds, to make such payments and expenditures as may be necessary in connection with any
of the foregoing matters; and I/we hereby give my/our attorney full power to do everything
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in said transaction, of the following described

North, Range 118 West, 6th P.M. Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 15 and
running thence North, along section line a distance of 394.07 feet;
thence West, parallel to quarter-section line, a distance of 331.62 feet;
thence North, parallel to section line, a distance of 150.00 feet;
thence West, parallel to quarter-section line a distance of 160.13 feet;
thence South, parallel to section line, a distance of 544.07 feet;
thence East, along quarter-section line, a distance of 491.75 feet to the Place of
Beginning.
Giving and granting unto my/our said attorney, full power and authority to dö and perfonn all
and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises
as fully to all intents and purposes, as I/we might or could do if personally present with full
power of substitution and revocation, hereby ratifYing and continning all that my/our said
attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
