RELEASE OF REAL EST ATE MORTGAGE (BY CORPORATION)
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation, of the County of Teton, and State of Wyoming. does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing date the 15111 day of October, 2007, made and executed by Steve Bell, Husband and Wife, as
Mortgagors, to the Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $512,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
the 22lld day of October, 2007, in Book 676 of Mortgages, at page 244-249, and mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:

the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged. .
