Collings, Dixie 1. Olorenshaw, and Richard J. Allen, with their counsel, M. Kevin Voyles, of LUTHI & VOYLES, LLC, filed pursuant to VVyonring Statutes § 2-1-205, for a Decree -J j Ii Establishing Right and Title to Real Property in the estate of their parents, Grant A. Allen and Lana Allen Hymas. Notice of the Petition was published as required by VVyoming Statutes § 2-1-205(c) for two consecutive weeks. An Affidavit of Publication providing proof of that publication has been filed herein. IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATES OF GRANT A. ALLEN & LANA ALLEN HYMAS PROBATE NO. PR-2008-40-DC DECREE ESTABLISIllNG RIGHT AND TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY PAGE 1 OF2 000·4:10 The record shows that no one made timely objection to the distribution of property that was requested in Petitioner's Petition. Accordingly, the hearing scheduled in this matter was not held. The Court finds that Petitioners are entitled pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205 to the distribution of property that was requested in their Petition. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED: 1. That title to the real property described below is hereby vested as follows: an undivided one-third interest in Kathleen L. Collings, a married woman as her sole and separate property, an undivided one-third interest in Dixie L. Olorenshaw, a single woman, and an undivided one-third interest in Richard 1. Allen, a married man as his sole and separate property, as tenants in common. 2. That the real property, in Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, that is conveyed by this Decree is described as follows: Beginning at a point 419.1 feet East and 91.5 feet North from the West Quarter- section Comer of Section 19, T 32 N, R 118 W, 6th P.M., Wyoming (said beginning point being on the east boundary line of the LaNa Allen property), and running thence North, along the east boundary line of said Allen property, 40.0 feet to the northeast comer thereof; thence West, along the north boundary line of said property, 50.0 feet; thence North 12.0 feet; thence East 53.0 feet; thence South 52.0 feet; thence West 3.0 feet to the point of beginning; enclosing an area ofO.Ol? acre, more or less.
