KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Corinne Howland Mathieu has made, constituted & appointed, and by these
presents does make, constitute and appoint Henry Sturgis Mathieu, appointee true and lawful
attorney for Corinne Howland Mathieu (name of person relinquishing power) and in his/her name,
place and stead, to sell convey and mortgage realty and to execute, acknowledge and deliver
deeds of real property, noted, mortgages, releases, satisfactions and other instruments relating to
realty which she considers necessary to do business with banks, and particularly to endorse all
checks and drafts made payable to my order and collect the proceeds, to make such payments
and expenditures as may be necessary in connection with any of the foregoing matters; and I
hereby give my said attorney full power to do everything whatsoever, requisite and necessary to
be done in said transaction pertaining to the following described property:
Lot 33 Rockbridge Meadows Subdivision to the town of Afton, Lincoln County Wyoming
Giving and granting unto (appointee) said attorney, full power and authority to do and perform all
and every act and thing whatsoever, requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes, as she might or could do if personally present with
full power of substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that (appointee) said
attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
