Miles Beverage, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, having its principal place of business at
Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100
Dollars ($10.00), the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable
consideration, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to Michelle Miles, a married woman dealing in her
sole and separate property, of PO Box 1158, Afton, WY 83110, grantee, the following described
real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
A portion of Lot 7 of the South Afton Third Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat thereof in the Office of the
County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the NW Corner of the existing building located in the Western part of
said Lot 7, the NW Corner of said building being approximately 31.25 feet South and
1.5 feet east from the NW Corner of said Lot 7, and running thence East along the
North exterior wall of said building 58.5 feet, more or less, to an interior wall; thence
South along said interior wall of said building 29 feet, more or less, to the SE corner
of two interior walls of said building; thence West along the South interior wall of said
building 58.5 feet, more or less, to the West exterior wall of said building; thence
North along the West exterior wall of said building 29 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the NE corner thereof where the North
entrance to the building is located, all according to Exhibit A, pages 1 and 2,
attached and incorporated herein by this reference.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements located thereon.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, conditions, easements, exceptions, restrictions,
reservations, and rights-of-way of sight or record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer as of this 19th day of August, 2008.
