PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that T~e Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 01,
2008, made and executed by KLN Investment Properties, LLC, A Wyoming Limited Liability
Company, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the
payment of $102,000.00, which mortgage was re-recorded in the office of the County Clerk and
Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the O'rh day of May
2008, in bookU 693 PR of Mortgages, at Paged 893 as document # 938817 and pertaining to the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
'Unit 401 of Building 400, STATELINE CONDOMINUIMS, PHASE HI, as shown on the
official plat thereof filed on August 13, 2008 as Document No. 941246, as Plat No. 941246, in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, also being a part of Lot 4, STATELINE
ESTATES, as shown on the official plat thereof filed on November 17, 2005, as Document No.
913797, as Plat No. 293-E, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and further
defined and described in the certain Declaration of Covenants, Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions for Stateline Condominiums located in Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, created
by Document No. 941249, in Book 702, at Page 268 or set forth in the related bylaws in any
instrument creating the estate or interest insured by this policy; and in any other allied instrument
referred to in any of the instruments aforesaid.'
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
