consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, conveys and warrants to Barr McCutcheon,

real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:

Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat No. 167-C filed on
August 1, 2005 as instrument No. 910442 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk;
TOGETHER WITH the improvements thereon and appurtenances
thereto;
SUBJECT TO easements, rights-of-way, agreements, covenants,
restrictions and reservations filed of record.
