the County of Blaine, and State of Idaho, does hereby certifY that a certain mortgage, bearing the
date of the 9th day of February, 2005 AD, made and executedJerry Brian Singleton and Susan
Ellen Singleton, as mortgagor(s), to First Bank of Idaho, as mortgagee, conveying certain real
estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $35,000.00 as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 18th day of February, 2005, in Book No. 579, pg.
246, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
