RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE (BY CORPORATION)
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bartle & Trust, a 000002
corporation of the County of Teton and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage,
bearing date the 30th day of July, 2007, made and executed by Charles A. Grim, a manied man, as
Mortgagors to The Jackson State Banle & Trust as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $35,000.00 as therein stated which mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex -Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the
71h day of August, 2007, in Book 668 of mortgages, at page 159-164 and mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"

Lot 3 ofIvan Tippetts Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on
March 19, 1999 as instrument No. 857454 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 3438 Highway 238, Auburn, WY 83111
is, with a note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged;
and in consideration thereof the said Mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said MOligagor
the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Jackson State Bank & Trust has caused these Presents to be
signed by its Vice President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 29th day of August, 2008.
