KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that WYNN VICTOR
CASSITY and KIT CASSITY DEJOURNETT, as joint tenants with rights of
suvivorship, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to WYNN VICTOR CASSITY and KIT
CASSITY DEJOURNETTT, as tenants in common, GRANTEES, and their heirs and
assigns, the following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by vÌ1iue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
See Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
This WalTanty Deed COlTects the Warranty Deed that was recorded on September
26, 2006 in Book 634 at Pages 902 and 903 as Receiving No. 922785 by changing title
from joint tenants with rights of survivorship to tenants in common.
