Wyoming 83110, acting through its undersigned officer, who does hereby make the following
statement of facts and certifies:
1. That 1 st Banle holds a Mortgage dated 19 June 2008 and recorded 25 June 2008 in the Office
of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 698 of Photostatic Records on page 351, all of the
property described under the CeI1ificate of Surveyor on the plat titled, "CLARK CATTLE
COMPANY ESTATES WITHIN GLO LOT 12 SECTION 33 T24N 119W LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 8 MAY 2008, as revised, and recorded concurrently
herewith.
2. That the undersigned officer has reviewed said plat.
3. That he has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of M011gagee thereon and
the implications thereof.
4. That this certificate is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original mylar
of said plat had been signed.
