QUITCLAIM DEED
James H. Dorsey, III, a married man, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Palisades Vistas, LLC, a Wyoming
limited liability company, of 3510 Sherwood Blvd., Delray Beach, FL 33445, GRANTEE, any
and all right, title, interest, and claim of Grantor in the following described real estate situated in
the Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 2, Alpine Village Subdivision according to that certain plat filed in the
Office of the Lincoln County Wyoming Clerk on November 7, 1973 as
Document No. 451477 as Plat No. 106.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging; subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations,
encumbrances, rights and rights-of-way of sight and/or record, and subject
to applicable zoning laws and restrictions;
hereby waiving and releasing any and all claims under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming.
Natalia I. Dorsey, wife of James Dorsey, executes this Quitclaim Deed for the sole
purpose of releasing and waiving all of her rights in the property under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
