KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That First Bank of Idaho, a corporation, of
the County of Blaine, and State of Idaho, does hereby certifY that a certain mortgage, bearing the
date of the 27th day of January, 2006 AD, made and executed by Henry Sturgis Mathieu and
Corrine Howland Mathieu, as mortgagor(s), to First Bank of Idaho, as mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $17,000.00 as therein stated,
which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-officio Register of Deeds
of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the li'l day of February, 2006, in Book No. 612, pg.
340, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
ALL LANDS IN SAID MORTGAGE.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the s 'd mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
