KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Ralph S. Heiner, Gwen R, Heiner, and
Dick R. Heiner, as Trustees of the Ralph S. Heiner Trust dated December 3, 2007, and as
Trustees of the Gwen R. Heiner Trust dated December 3, 2007, of Bedford, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, grantors, in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10,00) and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto Jim R.
Heiner and Lucinda S. Heiner, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of 3089
Lincoln County Road No. 12-123, Bedford, WY 83112, forever, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following
described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
A portion of the Heiner Trust property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with
Receiving No. 935815, in Book 682, on Page 107, with the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the S1/2NW1/4 of Section 10, T33N, R118W, of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances, being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the South line of the N1/2NW1/4 of said Section 10, said
Point of Beginning being 548.72 feet S89°44'48"E, along said South line, from the
Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 2007 location for the Southwest Corner of said

'_~ thence S89°44'48"E, continuing along said South line, 575.74 feet to a Point,
said Point being 1,529.94 feet N89°44'47"W, along said South line from the Marlowe
A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1999 location for the Southeast Corner of said N1/2NW1/4;
thence S14°37'02"W, perpendicular to the Northerly Right-of-Way for Bedford -
Turnerville County Road 12-123, as referred to in the Right-of-Way, recorded with
Document No. 229566, in Book 24PR, on Page 130, with said Office, 207.74 feet to
a Point in said Northerly Right-of-Way;
thence Westerly, along said Northerly Right-of-Way the following:
N75°22'58"W 251.34 feet, to the Beginning of a 680,14 feet Radius Curve to the
Right,
Northwesterly, 'along said Curve to the Right, through a Central Angle of 14°28'19",
an Arc length of 171.79 feet, said Curve having a Chord of N68°08'48"W 171.34
feet, and
N60054'39''W 142.93 feet;
thence N29°05'21'E, perpendicular to said Northerly Right-of-Way, 7.86 feet, to the
Point of Beginning, Encompassing 1.60± Acres of land.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: The land lying within the bounds of Bedford -
Turnerville County Road 12-123, as referred to in said Right-of-Way.

TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: ALL Easements, Exceptions, Restrictions,
Reservations, Rights-of-Way, Improvements and Conditions of sight and or record.
THIS IS A FAMILY EXEMPTION CONVEYANCE UNDER W.S. 18-5-303(a)(i).
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming,

trustees had the authority under the terms of the written trust instruments to execute the instrument
on behalf of the trusts; and said trustees acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed
of said trusts.
