KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. , the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
HOMER G LONGORIA
to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. bearing date 05/17/2006, recorded 05/19/2006 in Official Records
Book 620, Page 691, Document No. 918620 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming,
securing a certain note in the principal sum of$115000,OO Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in
said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby acknowledges full payment and
satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the
office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.

presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 03 day of September, 2008.
