KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: David A. Freeman and Eileen C.
Freeman, Joint Tenants, Grantors, whose address is 4865 North Juliano Road, Las Vegas,
Nevada 89149 for and in consideration of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in
hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby conveys and warrants to Sharon J.
Turano, Trustee of the Sharon J. Turano Living Trust dated January 16, 2008, and any
amendments thereto, for the benefit of Sharon J. Turano and her heirs, Grantee, whose address
is 3425 Fitzpatrick Drive, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901, the following real estate legally
described as:
That real property described on the attached Warranty Deed
recorded as Receiving No. 932536 in Book 670 at Page 184 in the
Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming a copy of
which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by this
reference.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby
covenant with the said Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that it is free
from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, except: Reservations, restrictions, covenants and easements of record.

Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
