Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and
Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Robert Wood and Rebecca Wood
Husband and Wife
Grantees, whose mailing address is PO Box 23, Opal, WY 83124, the following
described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State
to-wit:

Lot 1 of Lozier Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official
plat thereof
Less and except the Northeasterly portion of Lot 1 of the Lozier Ranch Subdivision,
Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said portion of Lot 1 and running thence
NOoo03'57"W, a distance of 99.79 feet to a point on the centerline of the Lozier Road;
thence S89°12'33"W, a distance of 660.90 feet along the centerline of the Lozier Road;
thence SOoo03'47"W, a distance of 99.79 feet to the Northwest corner of the Calhoun
property; thence S89°12'33"E, a distance of 660.90 feet to the point of beginning
And also
Lot 13 of the Lozier Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof
together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sight
or in use.
